The location was perfect, in the heart of town with plenty of food options nearby. The room had a beautiful view and I loved the vintage windows. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the facilities were clean and neat. The hotel also offered outstanding food and arranged a great sightseeing tour.
Can't fault anything about it.

We loved the hotel's central location in the heart of the city, which made it easy to find food and entertainment options nearby. The easy access to the botanical garden and other prominent attractions was a great advantage as well.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about the hotel and our stay in this city.

The hotel's management was extremely unprofessional and unethical regarding the pricing.

The central location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas holiday. We were able to see all the local attractions without having to travel too far. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. the rooms were clean and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.
Our perfect Christmas holiday was ruined by the hotel's parking situation. We had to park our car at a pay and park facility far away from the hotel due to the insufficient parking space.
